Irma T. Barrios has practiced law for over 18 years. Ms. Barrios areas of practice concentrate in Real Estate Closings, Title Examinations, Transactional Work and Foreclosures. Since becoming a member of the Florida Bar in 1998, Irma has spent her career committed to representing individuals, financial institutions and developers in numerous residential and commercial closings. She has successfully handled more than 10,000 closings in the State of Florida and is thoroughly dedicated to her clients throughout the entire real estate process. Furthermore, Ms. Barrios counsels clients on Estate Planning issues. Her ultimate goal is to manage and dispose of a client's assets during the client's life and after death according to their wishes.
In addition to Glantzlaw, she been an Authorized Agent for Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, an active member of both Fidelity National Title Group and First American, and has dealt with major title insurance underwriters throughout Florida.
Irma was born in Cuba, raised in Miami and is the first attorney in a family of medical professionals. Her passion to pursue a career in law began in the weeks after Hurricane Andrew in 1992. It was during that challenging time that Ms. Barrios witnessed the great need to help the local community recover and be represented fairly and honestly.
Ms. Barrios is a graduate of Florida International University and Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where she received her Juris Doctor.
