Carol Elizabeth Chloupek’s areas of practice concentrate on: Immigration, Family Law, and Small Claims.
Carol counsels clients on the preparation of applicable immigration applications, as well as attending interviews with them at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) offices. In Florida, she is active in CIS offices in: Miami, Oakland Park, and West Palm Beach. She has also appeared in courtrooms and/or CIS offices in Maryland, New York, Illinois, Louisiana, and Texas.
Throughout her career, Carol has handled appellate cases at various levels, including cases before Board of Immigration Appeals; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit Court in Georgia; the Third District Court of Appeals in Miami; and the Fourth District Court of Appeals in West Palm Beach.
