F. Olivia Whiters areas of practice concentrate on: Business, Real Estate and Community Association, Consumer Finance,Contracts, Education, and Landlord/Tenant.
Olivia advises Glantzlaw clients on matters of collections where she assists Creditor or Debtor clients informing them of their rights and collections procedures. She also advises Glantzlaw clients on issues with educational institutions, such as: internal procedures, attendance policies, and financial aid. Olivia also reviews business, real estate and other contracts to provide clarity to clients on them.
After several years as an administrator at Miami-Dade Community College (now Miami-Dade College), Olivia attended University of Miami School of Law, where she participated in the Student Bar Association and the ABA as a Student Liaison. As Vice President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society (EASL), she co-founded the Annual EASL Symposium. After completing her first year at law school, she interned for a summer as a law clerk at the Florida 3rd District Court of Appeals. During law school, she was inducted into the Society of Bar and Gavel, Phi Delta Phi, Omicron Delta Kappa, and was assistant editor of the Amicus Curaie UM Law School Yearbook.
