Briana Boev practices in the areas of Real Estate, Contracts, Community Associations, Consumer Finance, and Landlord/Tenant Law.
Briana advises clients on legal issues pertaining to condominium/homeowners association disputes, collection and foreclosure defense, code enforcement and permitting, corporate governance, contract interpretation, neighbor relations, covenants and easements, property taxes, title disputes, and other matters related to residential real estate transactions.
Briana’s decision to become an attorney was highly influenced by her ability to help others with her profession. Briana started her legal career working at a prominent workers’ compensation law firm and eventually transitioned into the realm of consumer finance, real estate, and mortgage foreclosure litigation, representing clients including Fortune 500 companies such as Wells Fargo.
Briana is originally from Bulgaria, a small Eastern European country on the coast of the Black Sea. As a young child she moved to the Dominican Republic where she grew up and developed a love for all things Latin, especially music, dancing, and food. Briana got her Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification during her travels through India and in her spare time enjoys practicing/teaching yoga and meditation.
