Z. Suzanne Arbide is a litigator with over 15 years of legal experience and a strong background in: commercial litigation, product liability litigation, community association litigation, insurance coverage issues, insurance litigation, legal malpractice, personal injury and foreclosure litigation.
Suzanne has represented: insurance companies in insurance coverage disputes with their policyholders, and represented lenders and investors against claims arising under federal laws – the Truth in lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedure Act, and Fair Debt Collection Practice Act – and state fair lending and deceptive trade practice laws. Using combinations of negotiation, litigation and alternative dispute resolution, Suzanne has cost-effectively resolved disputed claims for clients in a wide variety of unique and challenging cases. She was corporate counsel for a property management company and condominium association. Suzanne’s trial experience includes bench and jury trials.
