Jenna R. Mitchell is an accomplished Florida attorney with more than a decade of legal experience, concentrating her practice on criminal defense. She brings a sophisticated understanding of criminal law, extensive courtroom experience, and a strategic approach to every case she handles.

Jenna began her legal career in 2013 as an Assistant State Attorney. In that role, she built a strong foundation in criminal prosecution and courtroom advocacy. She also gained a working knowledge of the complexities of the criminal justice system. Her time as a prosecutor gave her valuable insight into prosecutorial strategy, evidentiary issues, and the legal principles that shape criminal proceedings.

She later moved into private practice, where she focuses on criminal defense. Because she has worked on both sides of the courtroom, she understands the full legal process.
