Mariana Guibernau

BIOGRAPHY

Mariana Guibernau is actively devoted to enriching the lives of her clients through experienced representation and open communication.  Mariana’s decision to become an attorney was highly influenced by her Cuban parents after her family migrated to the United States. Together they taught her the value of hard work and helping those less fortunate.

Today Mariana has been practicing law for over 17 years, and specializes in the areas of Criminal, Collections, Dependency, and Traffic Law. She has handled over 750 criminal cases, including a wide variety of misdemeanors and felonies from sexual battery, assault, and drug possession to DUI, burglary and domestic violence. Ms. Guibernau has also litigated over 500 traffic offenses in Florida. Her experience with Dependency Law includes working with the Miami-Dade County Department of Children and Families reuniting and strengthening the core family unit. Mariana’s passion for justice and serving others is evident in the work she does for her clients every single day.
