Evelyn Jimenez-Franco is a distinguished attorney at Glantzlaw, where she specializes in Personal Injury, Legal Malpractice, Medical Malpractice, Insurance, Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, and Consumer Finance. Before joining Glantzlaw, she served as an attorney at Louis Berk Law, PLLC, focusing on personal injury cases. Evelyn also has valuable experience as an Assistant Public Defender for the Office of the Public Defender in the 9th Judicial Circuit, handling misdemeanor cases, Baker Act proceedings, Mental Health Court, Drug Court, Veteran’s Court, and handle a variety of felony cases. Additionally, she managed her own private practice in Puerto Rico for over a decade, concentrated her practice on areas such as family law, civil litigation, Appellate Court, Puerto Rico Supreme Court cases, estate planning, personal injury, Social Security Administration Cases and criminal litigation. She actively contributed to the Military and Veterans Pro Bono Projects with the American Bar Association.
Evelyn earned her Juris Doctorate from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts with a major in Sociology from the University of Puerto Rico at Cayey Campus (Cum Laude). She is admitted to practice law in the Puerto Rico State Bar (2007), the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico (2014), and the Florida State Bar (2019).
A strong advocate for quality legal service for the Hispanic community, Evelyn is actively involved with the Osceola Bar Association, the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida, and the Go Gogo Foundation and Gogo Clinical Institute & Research Center, a children’s cancer foundation.
