BIOGRAPHY

Joan M. Wallis is an experienced attorney based in South Florida,
specializing in real property law, real estate transactions, and
comprehensive business counseling.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for facilitating growth, Joan
takes pride in helping her clients successfully build and protect their
businesses over the years.

Whether she is negotiating and closing on complex commercial and residential
real property deals or parsing intricate business contracts, Joan brings a
strategic, client-focused approach to her practice. She is especially
dedicated to counseling startups and new businesses, guiding them through
entity formation to maximize liability protection and profitability.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Joan has proudly called South
Florida home for over 25 years.

Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking, music, art, architecture, and
photography. She also spends her free time enjoying light gardening,
watching nature and wildlife videos, and keeping up with BTS content.
