Margery Golant

MARGERY GOLANT is an attorney with over 30 years of legal experience. 

Margery has practiced law for over 30 years in two states, Florida and Pennsylvania, and several Federal courts. She was managing partner for most of her career in her own law firm, and has been involved for most of her career in a broad, general practice of law, primarily helping, working with and advising consumers, affording her an extensive base of substantive knowledge, including foreclosure defense, real estate transactions and litigation, wills, trusts and estates and contracts, enabling her to advise potential clients who have a wide variety of questions and concerns. Her goal is to solve problems for her clients.

Before relocating to Florida, Margery served as a District Court Judge in Pennsylvania by appointment of the Pennsylvania Governor, and for her work on behalf of Florida’s consumers, was honored to be awarded the inaugural Consumer Protection Attorney of the Year Award by The Florida Bar. During the National Foreclosure Crisis, she was invited to testify before the US Congress Administrative Law Committee on the topic of mortgage modifications.
